We are looking for an Industrial Engineer to join our team and take ownership of coordinating and scheduling our service technicians, as well as preparing and following up on quotations to ensure timely closing.
This role is key to keeping our service operations organized, efficient, and responsive to customer needs.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and schedule the service team's activities, ensuring efficient allocation of technicians to service calls and maintenance visitsPrepare accurate and timely quotations for services and equipmentFollow up on outstanding quotations to support conversion and closingServe as a point of contact between customers, the service team, and internal departmentsMaintain organized records of service schedules, quotations, and follow-up statusIdentify opportunities to improve service scheduling and workflow efficiencyQualificationsDegree in Industrial Engineering or related fieldAdvanced/fluent English, both spoken and writtenBasic understanding of mechanical and electronic systemsStrong proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-up skills
