schedule and prepare wiresPrepare and send the remittance advices to the vendors Research and resolution of vendor inquiries, invoice or payment discrepanciesProcess employee expense reimbursements by verifying expense reports and related receiptsReconciling of inter-company activityIdentify problems, communicate to the management and propose solutionsPerforming ad-hoc tasks as requested by the Finance Director and Accounting ManagerKey Skills, Knowledge & Professional EducationFluent in English3 years of strong Accounts Payable experience preferred.Associates degree in AccountingMedium‐Advanced Working Knowledge of Microsoft ExcelExperience with automated financial systems; experience with Maconomy ERP software a plusStrong organizational and communication skills.Must be detail‐oriented.Ability to work as a team as well as comfortable to stand alone and juggling multiple prioritiesExperience working with and for, international clients, providers and vendors.
