We're seeking an Industrial Project Manager - Senior Professional to lead cutting-edge industrialization initiatives and shape the future of our manufacturing processes.What will you do:Lead industrial projects across the full project lifecycle, from planning through implementation and launchCoordinate program vendor activities, including design, tooling, equipment, and parts suppliers to ensure optimal cost, delivery, and quality targetsDrivenew product introduction (NPI)activities, ensuring smooth transition from development to industrialization and operational readinessCoordinate cross-functional teams involved innew product development, including engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and business stakeholdersManage the introduction ofnew offers, ensuring alignment between product, operations, and market needsMonitor and drive project performance related to timeline, quality, cost, and execution risksLead problem-solving and decision-making across complex project environmentsManage, coach, and support team members, fostering performance, engagement, and capability developmentProvide clear status updates and recommendations to leadership and key stakeholdersAnticipate project risks and develop mitigation plans to protect delivery and business outcomesContribute to continuous improvement in project management practices, industrial processes, and team effectivenessWhat are the key skills we are looking for?
