About the RoleResponsibilitiesExecute payrolls and off-cycle payments.
Investigate and resolve any discrepancies and questions regarding payroll deductions as well as time and attendance.
Work closely with HR Operations team members to ensure master data integrity.
Collaborate with the Payroll Accounting team on items related to payroll accounting reconciliations.
Support data requests to facilitate the analysis of cost.
Oversee full-cycle of recruitment efforts
Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process.
Assist with payroll and benefits administration.
Calculate payroll (weekly/biweekly), variable compensation, final settlements, severance payments, year-end bonuses (Christmas bonus), and profit-sharing payments (PTU).
Manage operational payroll incidents, such as absences, tardiness, overtime, leave permits, and disability/sick leave.
Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal.
Design, develop,
and execute the company's Annual Training & Development Plan.
Partner with managers and department leaders to identify training needs and develop learning strategies aligned with business objectives.
Create training courses, learning materials, presentations, manuals, and other instructional content for both technical and soft skills development.

QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Payroll, Human Resource.
Considerable experience with ADP General View preferred.
Excellent customer service skills.
