ResponsibilitiesOwn and evolve the general sourcing strategy for Low Voltage Batteries and Battery Management Systems, including long-term technology roadmaps and supplier industrialization plans.Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives — from supplier selection through contract award — to meet program timing and cost targets.Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with suppliers, using market intelligence and cost analysis to secure best-in‐class value.Build and maintain detailed cost models and competitive benchmarks to inform sourcing and negotiation decisions.Manage strategic supplier relationships to drive performance, innovation, and continuity of supply, proactively resolving risks or disruptions.Present sourcing strategies and cost/performance updates to senior leadership, and collaborate cross‐functionally with Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Supplier Quality to resolve issues quickly.RequirementsBachelor's degree in business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience.5+ years of progressive experience in purchasing, sourcing, or procurement, with meaningful exposure to negotiation, contract management, or project leadership.Proficiency with enterprise resource planning (ERP)



and procure-to-pay software (e.g., SAP, Ariba, or similar industry-standard platforms).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting to senior leadership.Strong track record leading or contributing to cross-functional teams with measurable results.Highly organized and self‐motivated, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills in a fast‐paced, evolving environment.Master's degree or MBA (preferred).
Experience in the automotive industry or a strong interest in electric vehicle technology (preferred).
Advanced negotiation and strategic sourcing experience (preferred).
Familiarity with legal contract negotiation and governance processes (preferred).
A self‐starter mindset with a strong sense of ownership and adaptability (preferred).
Demonstrates expertise in global sourcing strategy, negotiation, and supplier relationship management, with a strong focus on cost analysis and performance metrics.
Proficient in cross-functional collaboration and project leadership within the automotive or electric vehicle sectors.
