Trax by FORM is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician to join our Global IT team in Mexico City.
You will be the first point of contact for internal IT support, ensuring employees have the tools and access needed to work efficiently.
Responsibilities include managing Microsoft 365 and Azure AD, provisioning users, and supporting Windows and mac OS devices.
This hybrid role requires onsite presence up to two days per week and supports integral offices.
