Software Engineer (Backend / Full Stack)Python, Fast API, AWS, and React

About the RoleWe are looking for experiencedBackend and Full Stack Engineersto join our team in Mexico.
You will be responsible for designing, building, and scaling backend services and web applications, working closely with product and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
This role is ideal for engineers with a strong foundation inPython, Fast API, AWS, and React , who thrive in fast-paced environments and want to make an impact from day one.
ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs usingPythonandFast API.
Develop and maintainfull stack featureswithReacton the frontend and Python-based services on the backend.
Work withAWS cloud infrastructureto deploy, monitor, and optimize services.
Write clean, efficient, and testable code while following best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, QA) to deliver end-to-end features.
Troubleshoot, debug, and improve system reliability and performance.
Contribute to technical discussions, architecture decisions, and code reviews.
Requirements5+ yearsof professional software engineering experience (backend or full stack).
Strong expertise inPythonand modern frameworks (Fast API preferred).
Solid experience withAWS services(Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS, etc.).
Proven experience buildingRESTful APIs and scalable backend systems.
For Full Stack:



proficiency inReactand front-end development.
Strong understanding of software design patterns, testing, and deployment pipelines.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work on-site inMexico City.
Nice to HaveExperience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
CI/CD pipeline experience.
Familiarity with microservices architectures.
Previous experience in high-growth or startup environments.
