Operations Ownership
● Own and scale Staffing and EOR operations end-to-end
● Lead recruitment, delivery, and client success
● Build high-performance, revenue-driven teams
● Ensure consistent delivery, client satisfaction, and growthRevenue Through Operations
● Turn operations into revenue growth, retention, and expansion
● Improve time to quote, close, and revenue activationWorkflows, Systems & Execution
● Design and optimize operational workflows
● Improve speed, efficiency, and consistency

● Implement automation across operations and quoting
