Leadership Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience managing engineering teams.
Cloud Native: A proven track record of delivering large-scale, cloud-native applications.
Methodology: Deep experience in Agile + Dev Ops environments with high CI/CD maturity.
Proficiency in Core Languages: Java, Node.js, or.
NET.
Deep AWS Services Knowledge: Infrastructure as Code and serverless patterns.
Advanced SQL/No SQL Data Management.
Strong Leadership & Mentorship Skills.
Proven Decision-Making & Stakeholder Management Capabilities.
