B2B Solar Sales Manager

BYD is looking his next B2B Solar Sales Manager to lead business-to-business (B2B) sales efforts in the solar PV industry. The adecuado candidate will have a strong background in renewable energy, proven experience in developing large-scale solar projects, and the ability to build long-term client partnerships that drive sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales strategies for medium to large-scale solar PV projects.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and negotiation to project handover.
- Provide technical and commercial guidance to clients, ensuring solutions align with their needs and BYD’s capabilities.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, legal, finance, and project management) to deliver competitive proposals and ensure successful project execution.
- Track and report on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.

Requirements





• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Marketing, or related fields. MBA is desirable.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the solar PV industry
- Proven experience in developing and maintaining medium to large-scale solar projects (preferred).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Advanced English proficiency
- Solid understanding of solar PV technologies, market trends, and industry standards.
