What You'll Do
- Handle inbound calls from customers interested in Internet services.
- Identify customer needs through active listening and consultative conversations.
- Present products, services, pricing, and promotions effectively.
- Build rapport and provide an outstanding customer experience.
- Accurately document customer interactions using CRM tools and other systems.
- Meet performance and quality goals while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
- Follow company policies, call flows, and quality standards.
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of experience in sales,
customer service, or call center environments
- Experience handling calls while navigating multiple systems simultaneously
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Comfortable working with CRM platforms, browsers, email, and other computer applications
- Goal-oriented mindset with a professional attitude
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes
- Advanced English proficiency required
