Salary: $22,000 Gross Monthly Main Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end invoicing process to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and high-quality customer service
Generate and distribute accurate invoices to clients in a timely manner
Verify billing data, correct errors, and reconcile customer accounts to resolve discrepancies
Address and resolve client billing inquiries and disputes promptly and empathetically
Prepare regular financial reports on billing activities, such as outstanding invoices and payment status
Maintain comprehensive and organized billing files in accordance with company policies
Adecuado Profile Languages: Mandatory fluency in written and oral English and Spanish for this bilingual role
Experience: 1 year of entry-level experience, with prior billing experience highly preferred
Education: High school diploma required; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting is preferred
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets)
Competencies: Strong time management skills and high integrity in handling sensitive information
