You will work on high-impact projects involving permit processing, billing systems, and internal work order platforms—contributing to the digital transformation of large-scale public systems.ResponsibilitiesDesign cloud-based solutions, focusing onAzure application modernization , data services, and scalable infrastructure.Create and optimizeSQL Server databasesystems with strong data modeling and ETL migrations.Buildmobile applicationsfor both Android and i OS platforms.ImplementGIT version control , follow Agile development practices, and ensure ADA-compliant UI/UX.Integrate authentication systems and online payment portals.Deliver detailed reports, dashboards,



and operational working queues.Interface with financial systems to reconcile invoices and payments.Build robustlogging and debugging mechanismsfor mission-critical applications.Qualifications5+ years of full-stack web development experience with.
