Description
The Member & Supplier Engagement Manager is responsible for driving engagement, accelerating growth, and improving commercial performance across AD México by influencing Member and Supplier behaviors.This role plays a critical part in expanding the AD México network, increasing participation in AD programs, and maximizing the value delivered through supplier partnerships.
It combines strategic insight, data-driven decision-making, and strong execution to deliver measurable impact in sales, conversions, and overall ecosystem performance.Success in this role will be measured by tangible improvements in Member participation, supplier conversions, network expansion, and overall commercial results.Key Responsibilities
Member & Network EngagementManage relationships with assigned AD Members, acting as the primary point of contact for engagement and performanceDrive Member Participation Rate through structured engagement and targeted initiativesConduct regular business reviews and ensure follow-up on agreed actionsMonitor Member satisfaction and ensure internal alignment to resolve issuesPromote adoption of AD programs, processes, and best practicesEnsure compliance with Membership requirements and performance standardsAct as the internal advocate for Members across AD MéxicoIdentify new Member prospects aligned with strategic prioritiesLead onboarding and activation activities to ensure early adoption and integrationSupplier Engagement & GrowthAlign Member needs with Supplier Partner value propositions to drive growth and conversionsIncrease Supplier Partner engagement, participation, and performanceIdentify and execute joint business opportunities between Members and SuppliersDrive conversion initiatives to increase Member purchases with AD Supplier PartnersPartner on identifying opportunities for new suppliers and the onboarding processLead and support supplier meetings, reviews,



and engagement initiativesAct as liaison in resolving Member–Supplier conflictsPartner in identifying program enhancement opportunitiesProgram Execution & Commercial PerformanceLead execution of core AD programs, including:Market PlanningConversion CampaignsIncentive ProgramsPurchase Power SurveyDrive strong participation and consistent execution across Members and SuppliersIdentify and execute opportunities to increase rebates, earnings, and overall commercial performanceIdentify bottom‐performer improvement opportunities and action plansOwn growth initiatives across Members and Suppliers to maximize overall performanceIdentify and drive new revenue and growth opportunities across the networkAnalytics, Reporting & GovernanceImprove performance across Members and Suppliers, monitoring, analyzing sales, earnings, participation, and growth trends.Develop and leverage dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools to support decision-makingIdentify risks and opportunities and proactively drive corrective actionsPartner in forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking processesPrepare materials for governance forums, board meetings, and supplier engagementsEnsure follow-up on key actions and accountability across stakeholdersDrive continuous improvement in processes, reporting, and best practice implementationRequirements

and AbilitiesStrong relationship management skills and ability to build long‐term trust with Members and Supplier PartnersAbility to engage effectively with senior executives and owner‐led businessesStrong analytical and financial acumen with the ability to translate data into actionsProven ability to influence outcomes without direct authority in a highly relational environmentStrong execution mindset with the ability to drive results in complex, cross‐functional settingsExcellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skillsAbility to manage competing priorities and operate in a fast‐paced environmentStrong organizational and project management capabilitiesAbility to build consensus, manage conflict, and align stakeholdersExperience working with owner‐led businesses or mid‐to‐large distributors is highly desirableQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)5 – 8+ years of experience in business development, operations, or program managementExperience in electrical, industrial, or distribution sectors preferredExperience working in B2 B networks or with Members/Supplier PartnersProven track record of delivering measurable resultsStrong proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and Microsoft OfficeAdditional CommentsBased in Mexico City with *****% travel across MexicoRegular interaction with senior executives across Member and Supplier organizationsCritical role in driving growth, engagement, and operational excellence of AD MéxicoAD is proud to be an equal employment opportunity employer.
