-based stakeholders and LATAM execution teams , ensuring all deliverables are accurate, aligned, and delivered on time.This is atechnical leadership role , requiring deep involvement in engineering work, not a people-only management position.Engineering Leadership & Team ManagementLead and develop LATAM-based CAD Technicians, Drafters, Mechanical Design Engineers, and Electrical EngineersSet clear expectations for quality, delivery, and technical rigorAssign and prioritize work across multiple programsMentor engineers to improve technical capabilities and executionProvide performance feedback and support ongoing developmentMechanical Engineering (Primary Focus)Own mechanical design execution across modular systems, enclosures, and industrial structuresReview and approve designs for accuracy and manufacturabilityEnsure proper application of materials, tolerances, and fabrication methodsDrive design-for-manufacturability (DFM) and design-for-assembly (DFA) best practicesPartner with Manufacturing Engineering to align designs with build strategiesElectrical Engineering OversightProvide leadership and oversight for electrical engineering deliverablesEnsure clean integration between electrical systems and mechanical layoutsReview schematics, layouts, and documentation for completeness and consistencyCoordinate and resolve mechanical–electrical interface challengesStandards, Quality & GovernanceEstablish and enforce engineering standards, templates, and best practicesEnsure consistent use of CAD tools, drawing standards,
