Job Title and LocationBlue Yonder WMS Software Developer «Advisor» Hybrid (CDMX‐Monterrey)
ResponsibilitiesLead and support Blue Yonder WMS enhancements, implementations, and upgrade initiatives
Build custom tools, enhancements, and integrations using modern programming languages and APIs
Support and optimize warehouse operations across Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, and more
Configure, tune, and troubleshoot Blue Yonder WMS (including workflows and integrations)
Collaborate cross‐functionally to gather business requirements and deliver scalable solutions
Translate business and operational needs into technical configurations and system updates
Ensure seamless integration between BY WMS, ERP, and third‐party systems
Maintain system documentation, technical specs, and SOPs
Provide advanced Level2/3 support to IT and Supply Chain users, both remotely and in person during hypercare
Partner with Blue Yonder for updates, enhancements, and issue resolution
Travel to the US and within LATAM may be required; the amount of travel will vary from 0% to 100% depending on business need and client requirements
QualificationsMinimum 2years of experience in supply chain, warehouse operations, or warehouse management systems




Minimum 2years of hands‐on technical experience working with Blue Yonder WMS in an implementation or support role
A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field
Technical SkillsProven experience conducting BY WMS development using MOCASQL, Pagebuilder, Labels, Jasper Reports
Programming or scripting languages (Java, C++,. NET, or similar)
BY WMS system configuration and technical troubleshooting
Exposure to integration technologies such as APIs, web services, flat files, XML, Integrator, MTF/ RF
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure
Professional SkillsStrong curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies and business processes
Good communication skills in English, with the ability to work effectively in a integral team environment
A collaborative mindset and customer‐focused approach
Interest in building consulting and client‐facing skills
Ability to travel to the United States as part of project delivery and hypercare
