About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilledData Stewardship and Reporting Business Analystto join our dynamic team supporting the Spanish market.
This role is critical in ensuring data integrity, compliance, and actionable insights across our commercial and operational processes.
The adecuado candidate will combine technical expertise with strong communication skills to drive data excellence in a fast-paced pharmaceutical environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesData Stewardship & Governance:Maintain and enhance master data quality across systems, ensuring compliance with global standards.
Collaboration:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies and implement best practices.
Reporting & Analytics:Develop and deliver insightful dashboards and reports usingPower BIandMicro Strategy (MTSR).
Requirements Translation:Translate business requirements into scalable reporting solutions that support decision-making.
System Expertise:Manage and optimize workflows withinReltioand other Master Data Management platforms.
Subject Matter Expert:Act as a subject matter expert for data-related processes and tools.
Stakeholder Engagement:Serve as a trusted partner to business teams,



ensuring clear communication and alignment on data initiatives.
Training & Guidance:Provide training and guidance on data governance and reporting tools.
Required Skills & QualificationsEducation:Bachelor's degree in Data Management, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
Experience:Minimum 3–5 years in data stewardship, reporting, or analytics roles within thepharmaceutical industry.
Master Data Management & Tools:Proven experience withMaster Data ManagementandReltio system.
Technical:Hands-on expertise inMicro Strategy (MTSR)andPower BI.
Data Governance & SQL:Strong understanding of data governance principles and data lifecycle management.
Proficiency in SQL and data visualization best practices is a plus.
Soft Skills:Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to work collaboratively in a global, matrixed environment.
Language:Spanish language proficiency at C1 level or higher(mandatory).
