Be a great host, the members best source of information and create a fun atmosphere for members, guests and staff.ResponsibilitiesGreet members and guests with a friendly and professional attitudeProvide information about gym services, programs, and membership optionsAddress member inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionallyCheck‐in members and guests using the gym's management systemOversee and manage check‐in alerts and notificationsEnsure the front desk area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary suppliesProcess payments for memberships, classes, and retail itemsFollow safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well‐being of all gym members and staffMonitor and manage inventory levels for coolers, beverages, and bar items, and track sales performanceSupport a clean and well‐maintained facility by conducting gym walks, picking up trash, restocking supplies,



and completing locker room and bathroom checksQualificationsPrevious experience in customer service or front desk roleExperience or strong interest in the fitness industry is a plusExcellent interpersonal skills with a customer‐focused attitudeAbility to multitask and handle a fast‐paced environmentProficiency in MS Office and familiarity with gym management softwareStrong organizational and problem‐solving skillsFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as requiredAnd, of course, someone who embraces our Core Values!
