We're looking for a detail-oriented, execution-focusedE-Commerce Specialistto join our e Commerce team.
This is aremote role based in Mexico , working closely withCanada-based E-Commerce Manager
The adecuado candidate thrives on keeping everything accurate, running smoothly, and working comfortably in afast-paced, cross-border environment.Full professional fluency in English is required , as this role collaborates daily with teams in Canada.
What You'll Do Day-to-Day:Maintain and update product listings (SKUs, pricing, descriptions, and digital assets) across all e Commerce platforms.
Ensure product catalogue accuracy, consistency, and completeness at all times.
Support product onboarding and updates to existing assortments.
Execute online merchandising initiatives, promotions, and campaigns.
Coordinate updates across e Commerce platforms and third-party marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, etc.).
Assist with digital communications (e-blasts, promotional content).
Monitor website functionality and escalate any issues related to content, accessibility, or transactions.
Track, log, and follow up on operational issues until resolved.
Generate regular e Commerce performance reports and support basic data analysis.




Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service teams.
Must-Have Qualifications:Advanced English(written and verbal) – required to support Canadian operations.
1–3 years of experience in e Commerce, digital marketing, or online business operations.
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and proactive mindset.
Proficiency in Excel (intermediate level).
Nice-to-Have:Experience with e Commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, or similar).
Exposure to online marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart).
Familiarity with web analytics tools (Google Analytics).
Experience working with international teams.
