-based residential projects.
This role is focused exclusively onSoft Plan , and candidates must have prior experience using this software in a professional setting.
Key ResponsibilitiesUseSoft Plandaily to assist in the production of residential design deliverables.
Create and modifyfloor plans, elevations, sections , and3 D models.
Generateconstruction documentsandprint-ready drawing setsdirectly from the model in real time using Soft Plan.
Collaborate directly with the client to meet project deadlines and quality expectations.
Follow clear instructions and produce high-quality work with minimal oversight.
Proficiency inSoft Plan(this is theONLYsoftware used)




Prior experience inU.
S. residential design projects.
Ability to workindependentlyand manage tasks without frequent follow-ups.
Strong understanding of architectural drafting and construction documentation.
Familiarity withSoft Plan Cloud , and ability to work with tools likeGoogle DriveorDropboxfor file sharing.
Good communication skills; comfort usingZoomorGoogle Meet.
Willingness to useSlackorTeamsif needed.
Fluency in English (B2 minimum)
