We're seeking aSales Managerto lead and grow our customer acquisition and revenue strategy.
You'll own thetele‐sales processend‐to‐end — from managing closers and optimizing conversions to developing strategies that increase customer lifetime value and retention.ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and manage a team ofE‐commerce tele‐sales closersfocused on upselling and cross‐selling to existing customers.Develop and executeE‐commerce tele‐salesstrategies to increase revenue, average order value, and repeat purchase rates.Monitor dailytele‐salesperformance, ensuring the team consistently meets and exceeds targets.Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to refine sales scripts, offers, and follow‐up sequences.Build and maintain a high‐performance sales culture rooted in accountability, customer connection, and results.Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities, performance gaps, and training needs.Report KPIs, conversion rates,



and pipeline forecasts to leadership on a weekly basis.What You Bring4–6+ years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 2 years in aTele‐sales managementor team lead capacity.Proven success in e Commerce or DTC sales (experience in skincare, beauty, or health industry preferred).
