Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field; equivalent experience will be considered.Proven experience as a QA Subject Matter Expert (QA SME) and leading team in accessibility, serving as the primary point of contact for multi-scrum accessibility team.Experience working in Automative domain web applications.Strong ability to define accessibility strategies, evaluate tools, and implement best practices aligned with WCAG 2.1 AA standards.Capable of delivering internal and external accessibility training sessions and guiding developers through defect triage processes.Experience in Agile process and ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, launch bridge calls,
and client-facing accessibility leadership meetings.Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, Engineering Managers, and development teams.Leadership in driving accessibility practices and engagement across client and development teams.Hands‐on expertise with accessibility tools such as Axe Dev Tools, ARC Toolkit, NVDA, Color Contrast Analyzer, and Accessibility Insights for Web.Experience leveraging AI tools/solutions to support accessibility testing and automation.Proficient in using Jira and Confluence for test management, defect tracking and maintaining traceability throughout the QA lifecycle.What can we offer you?
