You bring to Applaudo the following competencies:
Bachelor's degree or higher inComputer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering , or a related field — or equivalent experience.
Proven experience working withAzure cloud servicesfor data processing and analytics.
Strong proficiency inPythonfor data manipulation, statistical modeling, and machine learning.
Solid knowledge ofSQLfor querying, data preparation, and optimization.
Hands-on experience withPower BIfor building dashboards and delivering insights.
Ability to design and executedata-driven solutionsto support business objectives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Effectivecommunication skillsto explain complex findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
English proficiency (B2+), both written and spoken.
You will be accountable for the following responsibilities:
Collect, clean,



and transform data from multiple sources, ensuring data quality and reliability.
Build and implementstatistical modelsandmachine learning algorithmsto generate insights and forecasts.
Design and maintainPower BI dashboardsto communicate data insights to business leaders and stakeholders.
LeverageAzure cloud servicesto manage and optimize data pipelines and analytical solutions.
Write and optimizeSQL queriesto extract, analyze, and transform large datasets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, business) to align data science solutions with organizational goals.
Translate business problems intodata science approachesand deliver actionable recommendations.
Stay current with emerging tools and methods indata science, cloud analytics, and visualization.
