We also work with private clients and local municipalities on repair and remodel projects, ranging from small residential jobs to larger multifamily scopes.ResponsibilitiesPreparing detailed takeoffs and cost estimates for U. S. residential and light multifamily projectsReviewing architectural, structural, and site plansDeveloping accurate pricing with strong cost awarenessSupporting project teams with clear, well-structured estimatesUsing modern tools, including AI (Chat GPT, Gemini, etc.),
