The adecuado candidate will have strong expertise in Java development, hands‐on experience with modern frameworks, and the ability to guide the migration of legacy systems to contemporary architectures.Key ResponsibilitiesLead themigration of legacy applications(currently built onStruts 2.0 ) to modern frameworks and architectures.Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable applications usingJava ,Spring Framework , andMicroservices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, propose solutions, and deliver high-quality software.Participate in the full SDLC including analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.Ensure code quality through best practices such as code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to design patterns.Support and troubleshoot production issues, ensuring application stability and performance.Work on frontend components as needed usingReactorAngular(added advantage).
LeveragePythonskills for automation, data processing, or backend scripting tasks (bonus).




Mentor junior developers and contribute to improving overall team capability and processes.Required Skills & Experience6–10+ years of experience inJava/J2 EE development.Strong hands‐on experience inSpring Boot ,Spring MVC ,Microservices , REST APIs, and related technologies.Experience withStruts 2.0or legacy frameworks and proven ability to migrate systems to modern architectures.Good understanding ofsoftware design principles, OOP, design patterns , and best coding practices.Experience with relational databases (My SQL, Postgre SQL, Oracle, etc.).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Dev Ops concepts.Working knowledge ofReactorAngular(good to have).
Basic to intermediate experience withPython(bonus).
