About the Team
We're looking for a senior intercompany accountant who will be responsible for overseeing global intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and eliminations.
You'll work closely with cross‐functional teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness of intercompany processes in a dynamic, fast‐paced environment.About the Role
Key responsibilities include:Own the end‐to‐end intercompany accounting process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and eliminationsPartner with global accounting teams to ensure intercompany balances are properly recorded and aligned each monthDrive the monthly and quarterly close process for intercompany transactions across the U. S. and international entitiesMonitor and resolve intercompany discrepancies in a timely mannerEnsure compliance with management and GAAP requirements for consolidated financial reportingCollaborate with GL, Tax, FP&A;,
and other cross‐functional teams to support intercompany settlements and rechargesPrepare and provide intercompany deliverables to external auditors during quarterly reviews and annual auditsPerform ad‐hoc analyses, process improvements, and special projects related to intercompany operationsQualifications4+ years of relevant accounting experience, with a strong focus on intercompany accounting (preferred)Bachelor's degree in AccountingStrong written and verbal proficiency in English – you will work regularly with U. S.
‐based stakeholdersHands‐on experience with ERP systems (e.g., Net Suite, Oracle)Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills with the ability to analyze and reconcile large volumes of dataA collaborative, adaptable mindset with the ability to thrive in a general, fast‐paced environmentLocation: remote role based in Mexico.
