Our 36-month program is designed for bold thinkers and ambitious professionals ready to experiment, introduce new ideas, and lead change that spans borders. Through two high-impact rotations, you'll create transformative solutions while learning from some of the brightest minds in the industry. **1. First rotation**

### **Who Can Apply?**

We're searching for accomplished, forward-thinking professionals who thrive in complexity, take ownership, and are eager to shape the future. To be eligible for the Future in Progress: Future Leaders Program, you should have:

* A bachelor ́s degree or a master's degree in business, business administration (MBA), economics, or a related field.
* No less than 6 years of post-graduation professional experience in a general organization, with exposure to diverse markets and stakeholders.
* Proficiency in English and the local language of the country where you're applying.
* Legal right to work in the country of application (without sponsorship).




* Willingness and ability to relocate internationally and within your home market.
* Strong commercial awareness and the ability to apply business insights in decision-making.
* Proven ability to think strategically and solve complex challenges.
* Agility and resilience in fast-changing environments.
* Initiative to drive progress and propose bold ideas.
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working across functions.

**In addition, strong candidates will bring:**

* Experience in Talent & Performance Management, driving initiatives that elevate individual and organizational performance.
* Exposure to Operating Model (OP) design, contributing to the development of effective organizational structures and ways of working aligned to business priorities.
* Strong capabilities in communication and change management, effectively guiding teams through transformation.
* Knowledge of labor relations, with the ability to navigate complex employee and organizational dynamics.
* Solid business acumen, with the ability to translate business and organizational needs into clear, actionable strategies that drive impact.
