Position Summary The Stellantis Customer Experience Organization is seeking a Shipping Clerk to join the Quality team at the Stellantis Toluca Parts Distribution Center in Toluca, Mexico.
The Shipping Clerk is responsible for coordinating domestic and international shipments, preparing shipping documentation, ensuring compliance with import/export regulations, and maintaining accurate shipping records.
This role supports operational efficiency by managing incoming and outgoing shipments, customs documentation, carrier communications, and inventory tracking while ensuring compliance with all applicable transportation and hazardous material regulations.
Key Responsibilities Shipping Associate Degree preferred.
Experience of at least 3 years in shipping, logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain functions preferred.




Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of domestic and international shipping procedures.
Understanding of customs documentation, import/export processes, and carrier systems.
Strong organizational, communication, and recordkeeping skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet shipping deadlines.
HazMat certification or ability to obtain certification.
Fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills Valid Passport for international travel.
Preferred Qualifications Experience with automotive, manufacturing, or parts distribution operations.
