Measurement of KPI follow up.Perform risk analysis to identify potential production constraints and develop mitigation strategies and develop recovery plans as need it.Provide ongoing 1+1 feedback and communication with team members.Monitor, control, and track employees' vacation schedulesFollow up and apply disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies (RIT) in a timely mannerSupport candidate interviews and hiring processesEnsure payroll accuracy and on-time submissionAttend cross-functional or departmental meetingsManage the purchase and quotation process for tools and new equipmentTrack and ensure completion of preventive maintenance on assigned equipmentMonitor and ensure timely calibration of all area tools and production equipmentControl and monitor consumable usage within assigned areasFollow the Scrap Process, monitoring and report to quality.
