We're recruiting engineers to join our Global Technology team in Mexico City as we open our Mc Donald's Global Office in Mexico.
Our Mc Donald's Global Office in Mexico will be a hub for technology innovation and operational support to help us build the solutions that will improve our customer, crew and employee experience each and every day.

Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities
Engage with business stakeholders togather, analyze,
and document requirementsfor identity lifecycle and access management features.
Partner with technology leadership to defineproject scopeand proactively identify requirement-related risks and dependencies.
Facilitate structured discussions with cross-functional teams to define and documentBusiness Requirements Documents (BRDs) ; validate it with business stakeholders.
Collaborate with architects and technical teams totranslate business requirements into technical specifications.
Createuser stories, Epics, and tasksin Jira or Azure Dev Ops in collaboration with technical leads.
Serve as aliaison between business and development teams , ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Act asSubject Matter Expert (SME)for Mc Donald's custom IAM application and IAM concepts.
Collaborate with QA/testing teams to supportdefect analysis, triage, and resolution.
SupportUser Acceptance Testing (UAT)and coordinate with business teams for validation.
Operate withinAgile Scrum frameworks ; familiarity withAgile Architecture principlesis preferred.
Maintain strong communication and coordination across multiple stakeholders.
Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience
5+ yearsof experience in Business Analysis or Business Technical Analyst roles, preferably in IAM or security domains.
Strong understanding ofIAM concepts(Identity lifecycle, RBAC, ABAC, MFA, consent management).
ExcellentEnglish communication skills(written and verbal).
Proven ability tocoordinate across business and technical teams.
Experience withJira or Azure Dev Opsfor user story and feature management.
Familiarity withASP.
Net applicationsandAzure platform(no coding required).
Experience with IAM tools likeSail PointorSaviyntis a plus.
Experience working in anAgile environment.
Basic understanding ofcloud computingandidentity governance.

Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge ofActive Directory (AD) ,Microsoft Entra ID ,Virtual Directory Services (VDS).
Experience inHR system integrationsfor identity feeds.
Strong analytical and documentation skills.
