We are currently seeking a talented and dedicated Consultant SAP MDG - The Americas to join our dynamic team in Mexico City. This pivotal role is key to driving our Master Data Governance initiatives and supporting our ongoing growth across the Americas.

Role Overview

As a Consultant SAP MDG, you will be responsible for implementing and optimising SAP Master Data Governance solutions to ensure data integrity and consistency across our manufacturing operations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, supply chain, and business units, to deliver scalable and sustainable data governance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP MDG solutions tailored to business requirements within the Americas region.
- Ensure master data quality by establishing governance processes and compliance standards aligned with industry best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify data issues, and propose effective solutions.
- Provide expert support and troubleshooting for SAP MDG-related issues, including integration with other SAP modules.




- Develop documentation, training materials, and conduct workshops to promote user adoption and knowledge transfer.
- Stay up to date with the latest SAP MDG advancements and recommend continuous improvements.
- Support data migration and cleansing activities as part of SAP implementation or upgrade projects.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as an SAP MDG Consultant or similar role within Manufacturing & Industrial sectors.
- Strong knowledge of SAP MDG modules, data governance principles, and SAP ERP integration.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations across multiple countries.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong interpersonal skills to support collaboration across the Americas.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
