Responsibilities - Coordinate domestic and international shipments; schedule pickups and deliveries - Track shipments, resolve transit issues, and communicate status to stakeholders - Monitor vendor, customer, and carrier compliance and performance - Maintain carrier scorecards, KPIs, and freight performance reports - Prepare and manage shipping documentation and carrier expense transactions - Analyze freight costs, demurrage, and accessorial charges; identify cost‑saving opportunities - Support freight expense reporting, scrap claims, and continuous improvement initiatives - Develop and maintain transportation SOPs and documentation repositories - Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements - Collaborate with warehouse, procurement,



customer service, and cross‑functional teams - Perform additional duties as assigned Requirements - 2–3 years of experience in transportation or logistics (inbound & outbound freight) - Experience working with carriers, freight forwarders, or 3PLs - Strong organizational, multitasking, and time‑management skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables/VLOOKUPs a plus) and ERP/logistics systems - Strong attention to detail and analytical skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
