Position Overview

- We are looking for an experienced Sales Representative to join our team and support a growing roofing company.
- This is a full-time, results-driven sales position focused on contacting qualified leads, following up with potential customers, and converting opportunities into booked roofing projects.
- The company provides the leads and sales script.
- Your role is to use your sales skills, communication ability, and closing experience to turn those opportunities into customers.
- This position is adecuado for someone who enjoys sales, is confident speaking with homeowners, understands the sales process, and is motivated by achieving measurable results.

Responsibilities
- Contact provided roofing leads through phone calls and follow-up communication.
- Build rapport and establish trust with potential customers.




- Follow the provided sales script while adapting conversations naturally.
- Identify customer needs and explain solutions clearly.
- Handle objections and move prospects toward a decision.
- Schedule appointments or close opportunities based on the sales process.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Consistently work toward sales goals and performance expectations.

Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, tele-sales, inside sales, lead generation, or closing roles.
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Confident on the phone and comfortable speaking with customers.
- Ability to handle objections professionally.
- Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Comfortable working in a performance-based environment.
- Experience in roofing, home services, construction, insurance, real estate, or similar industries is a plus.

Compensation & Schedule:
- Pay: $6 USD/hour.
- Full-time position.
