Estamos buscando un individuo talentoso para unirse a nuestro equipo de Marsh.
Este puesto estará basado en Querétaro como Ejecutivo deOperación y Servicio /Confiable Incentivos, desempeñarás un papel crucial en el área
Contaremos contigo para:
Visita al cliente presencial a 2 plantas de manera quincenal (con mayor frecuencia esporádicamente)
Asesoría de sus pólizas
Ingreso de siniestros
Revisión de los dictámenes
Entrega de la respuesta final del dictamen de la aseguradora al cliente en tiempo y forma
Llenado de bitácora de control de asesorías y trámites
¿Qué necesitas tener?
Bachillerato terminado o Universidad
6 meses de experiência en atención a clientes (presencial o telefónica)
Excel: Tablas dinámicas
