What You'll Be Doing:

Standardizing Campaign Processes: Implement and enforce a unified set of campaign execution process flows and best practices across all teams and regions, so that every marketing campaign (from planning to launch to post-campaign reporting) follows the same playbook. This involves defining clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), service-level agreements (SLAs) for deliverables, and quality checkpoints. The goal is to ensure every campaign is executed efficiently and "on time, on brand, and on budget", regardless of which team or region runs it.

The Manager will administer quality control over all campaign projects, verifying that essential steps (briefs, reviews, approvals, etc.) are completed for each campaign. They also continuously refine processes to improve speed "speed to market" without
