Requirements bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, systems engineering, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in corporate it support. Hands-on experience with microsoft 365, intune, and entra id. Experience supporting hardware, software, computers, and mobile devices. Advanced english proficiency. Manufacturing environment experience is a plus. Technical skills windows 10/11 microsoft 365, teams, sharepoint, onedrive, and intune basic networking and vpn support zebra printers and peripherals ticketing systems (servicenow, jira, or similar)
