Oversee labor and employment legal matters, including dispute prevention and management.

Support expansion initiatives, acquisitions, leasing, permits, and real estate transactions.

Qualified lawyer with a strong academic background.

Advanced English proficiency.

15+ years of progressive legal experience.

Significant experience as Head of Legal, Legal Director, General Counsel, or senior legal leader.

Experience supporting multi-site or highly regulated organizations.

Strong expertise in corporate law, commercial contracts, governance, compliance, labor law, and regulatory matters.

Proven experience advising C-suite executives and senior leadership teams.

$150,000 - $180,000 mxn gross monthly + benefits above the law
