Siemens Energy is looking for an expert in the Human Resources area that can support our growing workforce in Queretaro, Mexico!
The Human Resources Business Partner will be the first point of contact for new employees and hiring managers from offer acceptance to onboarding and will handle all inquiries from new hires. They will fuel our mission of building a work culture that is defined by our caring, agile, respectful, and accountable individuals. How You’ll Make an Impact
-Serve as a strategic HR advisor to business leaders, providing expert guidance on people, organizational, and cultural matters. Drive effective decision-making across the employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compensation, and workforce transitions.
-Lead and enable organizational transformation, supporting complex change initiatives such as restructurings, business integrations, and mergers & acquisitions while ensuring business continuity and employee engagement.
-Champion HR strategies and programs, translating organizational objectives into impactful people solutions, driving adoption, and ensuring seamless implementation across the business.
-Partner with leadership on talent management priorities, including workforce planning, succession planning, leadership development, and the identification and cultivation of high-potential talent.
-Provide expert HR governance and compliance guidance, ensuring adherence to labor legislation, corporate policies, and HR best practices while mitigating organizational risk.
What You Bring
- Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience across areas such as Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, Employee Relations, Talent Management, and HR Operations.
-Language Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Spanish, with the ability to effectively communicate and influence stakeholders in a multicultural environment.
-Leadership & Business Partnership Skills: Strong consultative, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities. Proven ability to analyze workforce data, influence decision-making, and deliver practical, business-oriented solutions.
-Adaptability & Change Agility: Proactive, resilient, and results-driven professional with a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to thrive in dynamic and evolving environments.
-Technical & Regulatory Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and solid knowledge of local labor legislation, HR compliance requirements, and market practices.
-Mobility: Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 10% of the time.
