We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced, and results-driven Sales Representative / Lead Closer to join our team.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to turn leads into customers and close deals. This position is perfect for someone who is confident, competitive, disciplined, and passionate about achieving sales goals.

Responsibilities

- Follow up with leads and potential customers provided by the company.
- Contact prospects and identify their needs and goals.
- Present our products and services in a clear and professional manner.
- Handle customer questions, concerns, and objections.
- Build strong relationships with prospects throughout the sales process.
- Follow up consistently and professionally until the deal is closed.
- Negotiate and close sales effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
- Meet and exceed established sales targets.
- Work closely with the sales team to maximize closing opportunities.

Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of proven sales experience.
- C1 English Level
- Previous experience as a Closer, Sales Representative, Account Executive, or similar sales position.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to handle objections and close deals.
- Confident, persuasive, and professional personality.
- Highly motivated and results-oriented.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.

- Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet sales goals.
- Positive, proactive, and professional attitude.
- High-speed, reliable internet connection is required.
- Own computer and a professional, quiet workspace suitable for remote work.

Schedule Monday–Friday

9:00 AM–5:00 PM Los Angeles Time (Pacific Time)

Full availability during these hours is required.

Compensation

$1,300 USD - $1,500 USD

Compensation is based on the responsibilities and requirements of the position.
