Position : Twilio Voice Technical Product Owner

Location: (Remote)

Duration: Long term contract

Experience : 12+ Years is must

Locations : Mexico or Brazil (100% remote) Resume and LinkedIn should be same

Interview Mode : 1st Round 30-minutes Screening, 2nd round – Technical Interview, 3rd Round – Client Interview

Mandatory Skills : Twilio Voice, IVR, Twilio Inbound & Outbound, Twilio Insights, Twilio Analytics, Contact center platform, Provider, Payer, Operations, Healthcare domain, Product Owner

- Exposure to Twilio IVR and Insights reporting

Skills needed:

- Seasoned Product Owner with 10+ years of experience as Technical PO

Must have skills –

- DB knowledge with hands on SQL skills to handle complex needs
- Familiar with end-to-end Contact Center reporting
- Interpersonal skills with the ability to handle demanding stakeholders
- Ability to convert complex business needs into User Stories with clearly articulated

Acceptance criteria:

- Familiar with Twilio Insights with product background

Familiar with healthcare compliance needs for reporting
