Mission Drive schedule adherence and production recovery within a high-complexity aerospace manufacturing environment (Plastics & Composites).
This role is accountable for shop floor execution, supplier recovery acceleration, constraint removal, and full plan-to-ship flow control across critical aircraft programs.
Core Responsibilities
- Own daily and weekly production schedule adherence
- Execute recovery plans for delinquent work orders
- Lead shop floor expediting and constraint resolution
- Monitor manufacturing flow from release to shipment
- Analyze Comstat and operational KPIs to identify delivery risks
- Validate data integrity across production and supplier reporting
- Escalate risks with mitigation strategies and timeline impact analysis
- Drive accountability across Production, Quality, Planning, and Supply Chain
- Support multi-program aerospace manufacturing environments (737 / 767 / 777X)
