The role enhances current business processes and performance metrics by leading regional and global business unit planning teams, and identifies opportunities to streamline and optimize operational processes. The role contributes to special projects and communicates requirements to the global business unit planning teams.

Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end service parts demand planning across the full-service lifecycle,



applying appropriate quantitative forecasting methods by part behavior, lifecycle stage, and variability.

- Analyze large historical datasets to identify demand patterns, structural shifts, and root causes, translating insights into actionable forecast, stocking, and lifecycle decisions.

- Lead forecast accuracy and bias analysis, identify systemic root causes, and implement corrective actions that measurably improve forecast performance and customer fill rate.

- Define and optimize multi-echelon inventory policies across a complex service network to balance customer experience, availability, and total inventory cost.

- Evaluate current and forward‑looking inventory positions, taking decisive action to mitigate shortages, excess, and obsolescence risk.

- Apply multi-echelon inventory optimization principles to drive data‑backed inventory decisions across DCs, RDCs, and forward stock
