Performs invoicing tasks in support of the Americas Treasury Invoicing Team.

Responsibilities

Distribution of customer invoices.

Internal communication with finance and operations groups.

Transaction processing (invoices & credit notes) for various Solar entities/segments, ensuring invoicing quality, velocity & on time delivery to internal/external customers.

Support our Integral Finance Transformation of Simplifying and Standardizing our Global Invoicing practices.

Able to understand end-to-end invoicing cycle to determine process improvements and eliminate grief.

Requirements

Proficient in English

Understanding of general accounting principles

Proficiencies in Microsoft O365 Suite

Completed at least 2 years of a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or economics.
