Distribution planning execution
Maintain positive working relationship with DC managers, Sales, Customer Service & warehouse logistics
The Analysts will be responsible for resolving any exceptions to the plan to ensure optimal inventory distribution.
Collaborate with Distribution Center Managers to identify and resolve bottlenecks in the distribution network
Analyze reports which measure distribution lead time and lead time variability, collaborate with transportation teams to ensure key master data is accurate in planning systems
Analyze and share daily, weekly & monthly performance reports. Distribution List for each report must be defined in coordination with Distribution Analyst Superintendent.
Coordinate a weekly conference call as minimum with DC manager ,



Logistics Coordinator and WHS Shipping superintendent (or rep assigned)
Collaborate with logistics team to define the shipment frequency
Temporary vacancy (6 months) with the possibility of becoming permanent.
3 or more years of related experience as a distribution analyst
Advanced English
Strong analytical aptitude with a proven ability to analyze/interpret data Well-developed organizational, priority management and planning skills
Highly analytical, high ethical standards, organized individual with ability to process details efficiently and accurately and exhibits excellent follow up
Excellent communication skills (oral, written, presentation) with ability to communicate across all levels of the organization
