Supports the training processes to achieve the training schedule according to the established standard.
Develops and maintains updated the necessary documents to establish the production standard (SOP, procedures, Forms, etc.).
Assist the production department to solve the process issues that effect the main KPI in the areas of Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost (SQDC) by evaluating the 4M's + 2M's.
Assist the quality department in solving issues and develop improvement activities that coming from internal and external sources.
Qualifications Chemical Engineer, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical engineering or similar.
Experience 3 or more years experience on the manufacturing processes, preferably in rubber molding, assembly processes and automation, programing of PLC, Robots, Cobots.
Specialized Knowledge Manufacturing process definition for costing (Process Engineering Process Map), Lean methodology production processes (VPS tools), manufacturing process principles (assembly or mixing, plastic, MCU, vulcanization) and process steps (process design, specification book and process release).
Tool and equipment design,



manufacturing knowledge and tool changeover (SMED).
IATF 16949, Core Tools, AMEF and GD&T; drawing interpretation, basic knowledge in ISO 14001, 50001 and 45001.
