Stayd is a fast-growing, remote-first company unifying US rental brands. As Talent & People Operations Specialist, you’ll own end-to-end recruiting, build pipelines across markets, and support onboarding, payroll, and HR ops from a Mexico-based location.
You’ll report to the HR Director, Stayd, and work on international hiring, AI-enabled processes, and scalable people programs to help Stayd hire the right people quickly while maintaining a strong candidate experience.
