Responsibilities
The Opportunity
The main purpose of the role is to execute US portfolio services for payroll catalogue leveraging Standard Model of Incidences Consolidation Process ensuring service delivery and SLA fulfilment for Sales population.

Your Impact
As HR Ops Assoc Analyst your functions would consist of:

Execute payroll services for PepsiCo Sales.

Receive payroll inputs and validate fulfilment of requirements

Capture information in payroll systems.

Ensure payroll meets operation controls by comparing sources of data to confirm matching values according to pay rules, policies & regulations.

Monitor case reception and release ensuring SLA compliance





Ensure good customer service and guarantee Service Level Agreements timing and delivery

Responsible of proper escalation for daily resolution issues

Deliver services at the defined at the SLAs/KPIs.

Contiue communication and support with local functional teamsConciliate and document process deliverables for audit preparation

Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
Education

Bachelor’s Degree in in Industrial Enginner, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Related Field

Experience

Experience in payroll, accounting or finance processes (desirable)

Appreciate the need to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity at all times

Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Suite of products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

Strong English oral and written communication skills

Customer focused, adaptable, strong follow up and organizational skills

Ability to quickly shift and adapt to changes as they come; proactively communicating throughout the process

Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time.

Analytical skills

Action-oriented and problem solving skills

Team player and highly collaborative

Untouchable integrity and ethics





Functional and technical expertise to provide solutions

Attention to detail and high organization, ability to work independently to meet deadlines
