- Manage test area and resources to achieve GPV KPI’s and customer requirements.

- Do service, maintenance, and calibration Test equipment to get a high performance of machines.

- Investigate for new tools and necessary equipment for production.

- Develop and improve testing.

- Develop best practices for testing area focused on cost reduction and efficiency.

- Promote use of lean manufacturing techniques for improvement of test area.

- Provide required training to staff according GPV strategy and customer requirements.

- Drive statistical analysis for performance improvement

- Support NPI activity
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronic engineering or any other career that allow position performing

- Strong leadership and team player, good attitude, logic thinking.

- Good command for English.

- Minimum 2 years’ experience from Electronics production (EMS).

- Strong knowledge on test systems for EMS PCBA and Box assembly operations such as ICT, FP, FT, HALT, Burn in.

- Self-motivated and willing to motivate others to meet GPV strategy requirements.
