Customer Service Representative at Somewhere. The adecuado candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving problems. You will be responsible for making customers happy and will work remotely for a growing US based business and earn US Dollars.

Responsibilities

- Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability.
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs.
- Data entry in various platforms.
- Work United States business hours.

Qualifications





- Sales experience and comfort.
- Typing at least 50 words per minute.
- 1-5 years of customer service experience.
- Knowledge of Google Workspace and various customer relationship management softwares.
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
- A second monitor and fast computer.
