main responsibilities

- coordination and booking of national and local shipments.
- coordinate and document all import/export shipments.
- coordinate and book expedited shipments (air and ground).
- daily update of the transportation excess report.
- daily inventory of trucks in the yard, as well as management of drivers in the yard.
- compliance and follow-up of dhl and fedex shipments (domestic and international).
- process claims and keep the plant updated on the results.
- critical reporting to the laredo team and the plant in monterrey.
- receive and process transportation invoices.
- responsible for meeting specific customer requirements related to logistics.

profile requirements

- previous experience in similar roles is highly preferred.
- bachelor’s degree in business administration, industrial engineering or related.
- fluent in english
- advanced ms excel skills.
